Job Title: Regional Administrative Support

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Administrative Support to join our team at the Illinois Network of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies. This role will provide administrative assistance to the Regional Office, manage projects, and support the Region's Action and Family Councils.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Regional Office, including drafting memos, preparing presentations, and answering email inquiries.
  • Manage projects of all sizes, including short-term and long-term projects, as well as internal and external facing projects.
  • Assist with communications and meeting logistics for the Region's Action and Family Councils.
  • Work with internal staff to compile regional data and input data into databases.
  • Develop and maintain processes to track department outcomes and benchmarks.
  • Support and participate in regional events throughout the community.
  • Travel within the state as needed, up to 30%.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Business Administration or at least three years of relevant work experience.
  • Familiarity with Excel, Airtable, or other database management systems.
  • Experience compiling and editing grant/executive/organizational reports.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects at the same time.
  • Proven track record of meeting aggressive deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe, with the ability to learn other database software.
  • Valid Illinois State Driver's License.
