Job Summary

The Software Programmer will work directly with project engineers and team managers. They will prepare detailed plans in the process.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a Technical field or 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in this classification
  • Understanding of software design concepts and processes
  • Must be detail oriented; a self-starter; a team player

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to interact with company personnel and customers while representing company in a professional manner
  • Must display an eagerness to learn about and apply new ideas and conventions
  • Possess excellent time-management skills; ability to meet schedules while managing multiple priorities

Technical Skills

  • C++/C#, High level proficiency
  • Python and Jscript experience necessary
  • Microsoft Visual Studio environment
  • Advanced UX (User interface) design
  • Basic database management, SQL experience beneficial

Preferred Skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, Project and Outlook
  • Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
  • Linux and Android operating system development experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD (AutoCAD Electrical preferred) experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of PLC and PAC systems experience a plus
