Position Summary
Our General Dentists can expect:
- Emphasis on treatment planning and practice philosophy based on Dental Quality Alliance and Institute of Medicine Principles of Optimal Dental Care
- Opportunities to treat a socioeconomically diverse patient population, valuing access to care and accepting most dental insurances
- Practicing at a comfortable pace while learning to work efficiently and effectively with a flexible schedule that allows 8 hr. and 10 hr. shifts with weekday/weekend/evening cycles

- The ability to be trained on Laser Dental/Soft Tissue Surgery, Practice Management, Implants, Invisalign, and more

Duties and Responsibilities
The clinical duties of an Associate General Dentist include:
- Working with clinical staff to provide quality patient care
- Following standard dentistry procedures and complying with company policies
- Referencing patients to appropriate specialists as needed
- Staying abreast with the latest developments and techniques in the dental field
- Exuding excellent interpersonal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, other dentists, office managers, and other staff members
- Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- DDS/DMD license
