Agronomic Business Development Representative

Spring Creek Ag is seeking a dynamic Agronomic Business Development Representative in the Valley City, ND area. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and agronomic knowledge to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to market and sell Pioneer seed and crop protection products to customers in the region.
• BUILD strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to deliver exceptional agronomic recommendations and product knowledge.

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, agronomy, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of precision agriculture and cropping decision-making software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
