Facilities Maintenance Specialist

As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential or commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pleasant environment for guests.
- Change bed linens and replenish supplies as needed.
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures to maintain a high level of quality.
- Report any maintenance issues to management promptly.
- Ensure that all areas are clean and organized at the end of each shift.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in housekeeping or facilities maintenance is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
- You should be able to work independently and efficiently, with good communication skills.
- Physical stamina is required to perform cleaning tasks.
