Job Summary

The Universal Banker is a key member of the Branch team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales expertise to internal and external clients. This role requires a strong understanding of banking products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to clients, addressing their financial needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Execute financial transactions, including deposits, payments, and account openings, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to bank policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to deepen their engagement with Citi's products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, leveraging this knowledge to educate clients and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the Branch team to achieve sales and service goals, while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for clients and colleagues.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, with the ability to educate clients and drive sales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Retail experience, with a focus on customer service and sales.
  • Basic computer and digital tools skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
