The Resource Center is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist III to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Electrical Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including circuitry and panel work.
  2. HVAC and Boiler Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as boiler systems.
  3. Construction and Carpentry: Perform general construction and carpentry tasks, including roofing, siding, and foundation work.
  4. Appliance Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair appliances, including refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
  5. Plumbing Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including water heaters and fixtures.
  6. Fire Alarm Systems: Troubleshoot and repair fire alarm systems, including smoke heads, heat detectors, and door magnets.

Requirements:

  • Physical Condition: Must be physically able to perform the demands of the job.
  • Proficiency: Must demonstrate proficiency in the required trades and pass a competency test.
  • Experience: Four (4) years of experience in the required fields or a license in one or more fields.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a multi-location and diversified maintenance setting, a valid driver's license, and a driving record acceptable to the agency's insurance carrier.
