Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Release Train Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of value through the Agile Release Train (ART) and Solution Train.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART and Solution Train using various tools and information radiators.
  • Foster program increment (PI) planning readiness by preparing vision and backlogs through pre- and post-PI planning meetings.
  • Facilitate the PI planning event and assist in tracking the execution of features and capabilities.
  • Assist with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams and the roll-up to Epics, where necessary.
  • Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
  • Help manage risks and dependencies, escalate and track impediments, and improve the flow of value through value streams using the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps.
  • Facilitate system demos and solution demos, and drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops.
  • Assess the agility level of the ART and Solution Train and help them improve.

  • Must possess a Fully Active United States Top Secret Clearance.
