  • Leadership and Development
    • Train, develop, and oversee Regional Asset Protection Managers to ensure effective execution of company policies and procedures.
    • Establish and maintain a culture of safety and security within the organization.
  • Loss Prevention and Risk Management
    • Develop and implement comprehensive loss prevention strategies to minimize inventory and controllable losses.
    • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with law enforcement to positively impact Global's brand and assets.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Affairs
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA, EPA, DOT, FDA, and DEA.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with store and regional leaders to coach, educate, and gain support towards achieving shortage goals.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support of Asset Protection initiatives.
    • Provide thoughtful feedback and coaching to key partners to drive results.
Requirements
  • Experience and Skills
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a multi-unit retail service environment as a field-centric business partner.
    • Strong conflict management skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
    • Experience evaluating information to determine compliance with standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Education and Certifications
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, law enforcement, or security.
    • Relevant certifications, such as CPP or CFE.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel up to 70% of the time.
    • Passion for loss prevention and risk management.
