Job Overview

The primary responsibility of the Evening Room Attendant is to ensure that guest accommodations are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including tubs, toilets, sinks, and mirrors, utilizing appropriate cleaning tools and agents.
  2. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines when using chemical agents.
  3. Change bed linens and make beds, ensuring that all bedding is fresh and properly arranged.
  4. Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and decorative items.
  5. Vacuum carpets and floors, ensuring all areas are free of debris.
  6. Restock guest room supplies, including toiletries and linens, to ensure a welcoming environment.
  7. Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
  8. Maintain a consistent attendance record and be available for scheduled shifts.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
