Job Description

Swift Force Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role involves monitoring production processes, conducting tests, and inspecting products to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect Products: Perform routine inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Testing: Conduct tests on materials and products using industry-standard tools, techniques, and equipment.
  • Documentation: Accurately record inspection results, test data, and any quality-related findings.
  • Process Monitoring: Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and adherence to approved specifications.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all products and processes comply with internal quality standards, as well as applicable industry regulations and certifications.
  • Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve quality issues by collaborating with production staff and identifying root causes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, suggesting process adjustments to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
  • Calibration: Ensure all testing and inspection equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
