Job Summary:

Christus Health is seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing programs for individuals with communicative disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Administer diagnostic assessments and develop treatment programs to improve communication skills.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements:

Education/Skills:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience:

New graduates or experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.

Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:

  • Current licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
