Key Responsibilities:

  • Support technical activities necessary for the Cybersecurity authorization of classified networks and systems.
  • Assist in vulnerability management programs including VMS, IAVAs, SCAP, HBSS, ACAS, VDP, and ISCM.
  • Analyze and remediate scan results in relation to comprehensive network and computer security measures.
  • Evaluate technical processes to ensure compliance with Cybersecurity requirements for classified systems.
  • Provide assistance to Security Controls Assessors and Validators to maintain accurate authorization documentation.
  • Act as the Risk Management Framework (RMF) Point of Contact, managing Cybersecurity risk assessment requirements.
  • Ensure proper control of classified technical data according to established classification levels.
  • Support the management of unclassified and classified data spillage incidents.
  • Facilitate the transition to RMF 2.0 for classified systems as directed.
  • Develop training materials and procedures to aid in this transition.
  • Update documentation and eMass packages to support Authorization to Operate (ATO) processes under RMF 2.0.
  • Assess the impacts of RMF 2.0 transitions and propose approved technical and cybersecurity solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A minimum of eight years of experience in a related role.
  • DoD 8570 Level II/III certification is preferred.
  • An active Security Clearance is required.
