Job Title: Superintendent of Multifamily Construction

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent of Multifamily Construction to join our team at CyberCoders. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Manage and supervise construction teams, including subcontractors and vendors.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement construction schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on multifamily construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct construction teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve construction-related issues.
  • Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
