We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist (IR Tech) for a travel assignment in Bridgeport, CT. As an IR Tech, you will be responsible for operating fluoroscopic equipment and assisting physicians with minimally invasive procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confirm patient identification and review imaging requests
  • Assist in scrubbing diagnostic and interventional procedures
  • Monitor patients during procedures and maintain accurate records
  • Demonstrate knowledge of radiation protection standards and techniques
  • Operate intravenous (I.V.) and dye injector pumps

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as an IR Tech
  • BLS, ACLS, and ARRT (R) National Certification
  • State-specific licensing when required
  • Vascular Interventional certificate preferred

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty

Travel Requirements:

  • Must be willing to travel to Bridgeport, CT
