Key Responsibilities: As a Production Operator II, your contributions will be essential to our production workflow by:

  • Operating automated and semi-automated machinery in accordance with established protocols.
  • Assembling and evaluating components to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Conducting basic electrical assessments and continuity checks on various systems.
  • Identifying and labeling acceptable and defective products.
  • Working collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot equipment and maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to comprehend and execute work instructions in English.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency and capability to analyze data outputs.

  • Previous experience in soldering is advantageous.

Physical Demands:

  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds and collaborate on lifting up to 60 pounds.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Background:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a production setting (2 years preferred).
