Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our clients, including detoxification, medication administration, and documentation. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care to clients, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Supervise and mentor other nursing staff as needed.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Current LVN or LPT license in the state of California.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and email.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment.
- A competitive hourly rate of $37.
