Job Overview:
The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility and stimulating demand for the PeopleShare brand through impactful B2B and B2C initiatives, including direct-to-consumer strategies. This role involves active engagement with various networks and platforms to execute strategies that drive sales and elevate brand recognition. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will oversee aspects of Consumer Affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Development:
  • Formulate a comprehensive strategy to boost awareness of the PeopleShare brand among consumers.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to organize the annual marketing calendar for both B2B and B2C initiatives, outlining quarterly content across all channels.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice throughout all marketing efforts and effectively manage agency partnerships within budgetary constraints.
Digital Marketing and Social Media:
  • Enhance brand visibility and demand for the PeopleShare portfolio by executing relevant online marketing content and campaigns.
  • Oversee the digital marketing budget and pursue necessary funding for all digital initiatives.
  • Revise and manage the PeopleShare website and digital assets to foster customer acquisition and encourage repeat business.
Additional Duties:
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to design a summer internship program and supervise Marketing Interns.
  • Advance in the role while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business to effectively support organizational goals.
  • Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by management within the scope of the role.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; experience in the service industry is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or communications, with a focus on social media platforms.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with various levels of staff across the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Shopify, and similar tools.
  • Commitment to adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Willingness to work on-site with occasional travel as required.
