We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Salon Operations Manager at Palm Beach Tan. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all day-to-day salon operations, including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention.
  • Meet team and individual sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly.
  • Consult with customers in a professional and upbeat manner to build loyalty and long-term relationships.
  • Proactively build customer traffic through local store marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accounts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
  • Cash handling, opening/closing business, and daily administrative paperwork.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience.
  • One or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
  • Friendly and competitive drive to meet sales goals.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Polished professional appearance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to stand, bend, walk for 8 hours per day.
