We are seeking a passionate mental health professional to join our team in Loudoun County, VA. In this full-time role, you will:

  • Collaborate with clients to assess their needs, develop personalized recovery plans, and provide skill-building activities.
  • Advocate for clients, liaise with care providers, and ensure coordinated care.
  • Provide crisis intervention, education, and supportive counseling.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

This position offers a competitive salary range: $48,000 - $54,000, based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, FSA, retirement plan with 100% match at date of hire, generous leave (vacation, personal days, sick), 11 paid holidays, mileage reimbursement, car detailing, tuition reimbursement, and more.
