Job Title: Help Desk Technician

Job Summary:

The Help Desk Technician will provide technical support to all departments of Crusader Community Health. This role will assist the Director of Information Technology in troubleshooting desktop hardware and software, and will be responsible for resolving incoming support calls at the first point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or web
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with desktop hardware and software
  • Document all technical issues and resolutions
  • Assist users with accessing and using IT systems
  • Track and route problems and requests, and document resolutions
  • Support conference room equipment
  • Repair, maintain, upgrade, and document desktop and laptop hardware and software, as well as peripheral equipment
  • Work with multiple platforms and systems used throughout the organization

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • Associate's Degree in a computer-related discipline preferred
  • Experience with desktop-level environments, Microsoft 10 and higher, Mac OS, and Linux a plus
  • Knowledge of multi-function devices, mobile devices, remote access support tools and solutions, anti-virus, anti-spam, and malware solutions
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills

Working Conditions:

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask daily, and remain organized. The Help Desk Technician will also be required to work evenings and/or weekends as needed.
