Position Summary:

The Field Visual Merchandiser plays a crucial role in enhancing the visual appeal of retail locations, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, and effectively presenting products to boost sales. This position involves traveling to various store sites to execute visual merchandising strategies, craft captivating displays, and maintain uniformity across all stores in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and conceptualize visual merchandising directives and displays.
  • Focus on existing retail locations while providing immediate visual support and training.
  • Occasionally travel to new store openings to assist with visual setup and grand openings.
  • Deliver weekly reports on product performance and display opportunities.
  • Coordinate merchandising plans to design product wall displays and tables in collaboration with the VM manager.
  • Maintain and monitor seasonal signage and materials for in-store and window displays.
  • Support the marketing team in updating brand imagery across all locations.
  • Ensure effective communication with District Managers and Store Managers regarding orders and visual display logistics.
  • Oversee existing plant orders and replacements for props and display materials.
  • Manage weekly uploads of seasonal imagery and store maintenance photos.
  • Assist in scheduling visual projects within stores, including prop movement.
  • Participate in visual merchandising meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Contribute to store planning and product mapping initiatives.
  • Maintain primary and secondary fixture upkeep within stores.

  • Ability to execute visual merchandising direction while adapting based on feedback.

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on departmental needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Apple products and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience in a corporate setting.
  • Hands-on knowledge of store window execution and display installation.
  • Familiarity with basic tools for visual maintenance.
