Key Responsibilities:
- Provide food and beverage service to patrons in a lively nightclub atmosphere while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Proactively address and fulfill guests' requests.
- Promote and sell drinks and menu selections, taking accurate orders.
- Respond to guest inquiries, offer suggestions, and enhance beverage sales.
- Relay drink orders to the bar using the Point of Sale system.
- Serve beverages efficiently, maneuvering through crowds with trays.
- Uphold the ambiance by regularly circulating throughout your designated area.
- Clear tables and remove used glassware and dishes.
- Address spills and maintain a tidy floor space.
- Comply with safety and sanitation regulations.
- Follow cleaning protocols diligently.
- Verify guest identification for age compliance.
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol.
- Identify signs of intoxication and manage service accordingly.
- Process transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Support fellow staff members as required.
- Participate in special events hosted at the venue as needed.
Essential:
- Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service.
- Willingness to work during late hours.
- Flexible availability.
- Familiarity with cocktail service, food handling, drink preparation, and POS systems.
- Experience in a customer-focused environment.
- Appreciation for diverse cultures, music, and artistic expressions.
- Background in cash handling.
- Understanding of valid identification verification.
- Experience in a live music setting.
- Fast-paced, energetic, and occasionally high-pressure atmosphere.
- Extended periods of standing and active engagement.
- Capability to lift up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
