Key Responsibilities- Patient Safety: Ensure the safe handling and dispensing of medications to patients.

- Regulatory Requirements: Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and ensure compliance within the pharmacy.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve the quality of services provided within the pharmacy.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues.
- Personnel Management: Supervise and develop the skills of pharmacy support staff.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Financial Profitability: Contribute to the financial success of the pharmacy.
- Loss Prevention: Identify and mitigate potential losses within the pharmacy.
- Workflow Management: Optimize workflow processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Active Pharmacy License: Hold an active pharmacy license in the state in which you are employed.
- Immunization Certification: Possess immunization certification through an accredited organization.
- Background Check: Pass a background check and be free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
- Education: Hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
