Salary

$18 per hour base pay, plus opportunities to earn additional income through commissions based on leasing performance.


Job Description

This role requires a dedicated individual responsible for:

  • Maximizing income and achieving occupancy goals by lease rental apartments.
  • Conducting apartment and community tours to showcase our properties.
  • FOLLOWING UP ON PHONE AND EMAIL LEADS PROMPTLY.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Prefer 2+ years of leasing experience in multifamily.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the Internet; experience with OneSite preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Self-starter with good judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • H.S. Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
