Early Childhood Education Professional

Catholic Charities is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Education Professional to join our team as a Preschool Teacher and Program Leader. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Engage Children: Actively supervise children at all times and engage in children's play in all areas of the classroom and all parts of the curriculum, including floor play, outdoor/gross motor, and music/movement activities.
- Documentation and Compliance: Complete all educational paperwork and documentation in education databases while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and Universal Pre-K regulations.
- Mandated Reporter: All staff are mandated reporters of known or suspected child abuse.
Catholic Charities' Early Learning/Head Start program provides high-quality, comprehensive services for children and families, including early learning education, professional development, family engagement, health and nutrition, and mental health and disabilities services. Our program is 5-Star Highly-Rated by the State of Ohio's Step Up to Quality program.
