Position Summary:

The primary role of this position is to oversee the customer fulfillment process from the initial order through to billing, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. This role is essential in meeting customer needs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers within designated branch territories, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage all communications related to customer service, both internally and externally.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and coordinate with internal resources as necessary.
  • Develop new Waste Information Profiles (WIPs) and determine the appropriate approval codes, consulting with Technical & Regulatory Specialists when needed.
  • Work with customers to gather all necessary information for service requests, ensuring compliance with EPA, RCRA, DOT, and OSHA regulations.
  • Create detailed and accurate Jobs/Tickets, ensuring all pertinent information is relayed to operations and billing teams.
  • Assist in quoting new service categories and applicable surcharges for customers.
  • Review and rectify any ticket errors following the Holding Tank conversion, collaborating with internal teams as required.
  • Coordinate with the Contract Control group and Account Managers to update customer pricing as necessary.
  • Work alongside branch operations and disposal facilities to schedule services and communicate confirmed dates to customers.
  • Collaborate with the Billing Coordinator on invoicing for customer jobs, ensuring all supporting documents are collected and reviewed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in customer service and fulfillment.
  • Background in waste management and disposal is preferred.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in science, mathematics, or business is advantageous.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to focus on customer needs and provide efficient solutions.
  • Technical knowledge of waste management and disposal is preferred.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively across various functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Certifications:

  • Completion of required Veolia training.
