Regal Theatre Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Team Member at Regal Theatre. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, operating our point-of-sale system, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate our point-of-sale system, handling cash, credit card transactions, and gift card sales.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including cleaning auditoriums, restrooms, and concession areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and tearing down concession stands and auditoriums.
• Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, sales, and theatre operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
