Regal Theatre Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Team Member at Regal Cinemas. As a key member of our theatre staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our patrons, and contributing to the overall success of our theatre operations.

• Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate the box office, concession stand, and ushering duties, including selling tickets, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with crowd control, direct guests to their auditoriums, and enforce MPAA rating system guidelines.
• Perform in-auditorium concession auxiliary sales, cleaning auditoriums, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
• Participate in opening and closing duties, including setting up and tearing down concession stands, and maintaining theatre equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
