You'll lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their targets and exceed customer expectations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
- 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and team performance
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices, with expertise in sales process development and execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams
