Greetings, I am Thomas Gillitzer, a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing agency currently in search of a Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist for a key client. Below are the specifics of the role:

Position Overview:

  • Oversee the acquisition of both direct and indirect materials, ensuring timely delivery and confirmation to align with the Master Production Schedule.
  • Generate and dispatch purchase orders (PO) to suppliers utilizing JDE, adhering to the Approved Suppliers list and facilitating prompt approval through the designated approval process.
  • Manage Item Masters, Bills of Materials (BOMs), routing, and other relevant supply chain information.
  • Prior experience with Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems is essential.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in a comparable position, encompassing production planning, inventory management, and procurement.
