The estimated salary for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate degree in nursing considered with relevant experience and/or active matriculation in a BSN program.
  • Licensed as a registered nurse with current registration in New York State.
  • Relevant clinical competence in area of nursing practice assigned; strong critical care nursing knowledge and experience in a surgical setting.
  • Two years PACU nursing experience required.
