Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in our Cardiovascular Surgical Intensive Care Unit. As a Nurse Specialist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate patient plans of care.
About the Role:
- Deliver patient care using the tenets of Relationship Centered Care and the nursing process based on theory, research, and evidence-based practice.
- Assess and evaluate patient care needs using critical thinking skills to manage patient care effectively.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate patient plans of care.
About You:
- You must have at least 2 years of RN experience, including 2 years of post-open heart and cardiac care unit experience.
- You should have a Bachelor of Science with a major in nursing, or an Associate degree in nursing with relevant experience and/or active matriculation in a BSN Program.
