About the Role

Aim High Equipment Rentals is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our yard operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our rental equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation and Maintenance: Prepare the yard for start and close of business, load and unload equipment, and communicate rental details with our Inside Sales team.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic repair and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is ready for rent, including pressure washing, greasing, and other routine maintenance.
  • Yard Operations: Assist in the look, appearance, and arrangement of equipment in the yard, ensuring a safe and organized working environment.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.
  • Reliable Transportation: Reliable transportation is necessary for this role.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform tasks such as walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching, and lift up to 75 pounds several times throughout a shift.
