Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at Seven Hills Foundation. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.



Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
  • Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and equipment to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with grounds and roads care, including snow removal, lawn mowing, and yard cleanup.
  • Utilize maintenance software to manage work orders and track completion.
  • Conduct safety equipment checks and report any unsafe conditions to management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary vocational training preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Trade experience (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, etc.) preferred.
  • Valid MA driver's license and a proven safe driving record.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, management, and colleagues.
