Role Overview:
As an Amada Laser Cutting Machine Operator, your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain Amada laser cutting machinery, ensuring the production of parts and components that meet specified requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in laser cutting technology, along with a comprehensive understanding of machine operations and safety measures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate Amada laser cutting machines effectively.
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications accurately.
- Load and secure materials onto the machine properly.
- Monitor and adjust machine performance as needed.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently.
Qualifications:
- Experience in operating Amada laser cutting machines.
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with CNC programming and machine setup.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently.

Schedule:
12-hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (Paid for 40 hours but only work 36 hours)
