Customer Service Representative

The Customer Assistance Representative Sr. is a key role within our Enterprise Holdings team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. This position requires a high level of customer interaction, primarily face-to-face, to support branch and rental needs.
This role involves gaining knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, service customers, and act as a rental backup in a large home city branch.
This is a full-time position with elevated hours, working 40+ hours per week, and offering a competitive hourly rate of $15. Benefits are also available to eligible employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone.
- Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner, providing directions and general assistance as needed.
- Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient service.
- Effectively market the company while interacting with customers, promoting a positive brand image.
- Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services to customers.
- May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment to enhance the customer experience.
- Responsible for notifying management of any known vehicle problems and required vehicle maintenance.
- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors by hand or operating washing equipment as needed.
- Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions, such as research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, and run miscellaneous reports.
- Perform miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned to ensure seamless branch operations.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must have at least 1 year prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past 5 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Apart from religious observation, must be able to work the following schedule:
Monday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Tuesday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Wednesday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday: OFF
