Job Responsibilities- Execute all Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT imaging procedures with precision while adhering to established safety protocols.
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals with accuracy, ensuring compliance with radiation safety regulations.
- Maintain necessary professional certifications, including ongoing education and licensure.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Support the operational efficiency of the department through various essential tasks.
- Ensure exam rooms are well-maintained and adequately stocked to facilitate seamless workflow.
Completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program is required, along with a minimum of one year of relevant experience. Current certifications in Nuclear Medicine and CPR are essential.
Skills and CompetenciesProven expertise in Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT imaging procedures is necessary. Familiarity with quality control processes for radioactive materials is advantageous.
