Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience as a Tech Delivery Professional

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tech Delivery Professional to join our team at Best Buy Careers. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer experiences by ensuring timely and efficient installation, repair, and haul-away of major appliances, TVs, and other tech products.

About the Role:

  • Deliver and install various technology products, including home theater equipment and appliances, with precision and care.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by offering product placement advice, services, and technical support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to manage inventory and vehicle maintenance.
  • Process paperwork and payments efficiently while providing feedback to store teams and completing in-store repairs.
  • Train new drivers to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Lead and assist on two-person jobs while performing work independently when required.

What You'll Need:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in consumer electronics delivery, integration, network, or repair, or military equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license and an excellent driving record that meets our safety standards.
  • The ability to lift, push, and pull weights up to 350 pounds alone or up to 700 pounds with a harness, lift, or dolly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Be at least 21 years old.
  • Obtain any required state or local licenses within 90 days of being hired.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Leadership, decision-making, written and verbal communication, and client relations skills.
  • Experience in an in-home installation environment.
  • Familiarity with technology products and ability to learn quickly.
