Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Craft Beer Server/Bartender at 7 Hills Brewing Co, LLC. As a vital member of our front-of-house staff, you will have the opportunity to showcase your passion for craft beer while delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet guests warmly and ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Take Orders Accurately: Take food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Knowledgeably Describe Menu Items: Describe menu items, including beer selections, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Recommend Beer Pairings: Recommend beer pairings to complement guests' food choices.
  • Serve Food and Beverages: Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
  • Monitor Guest Satisfaction: Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or special requests.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Process Payments: Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions with care.
  • Uphold Health and Safety Standards: Uphold all health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
  • Passion for Craft Beer: Passion for craft beer and a willingness to learn about our brewing process and beer offerings.
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Availability: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
