Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Advanced Technology Organization to cultivate technologies with significant disruption potential, guiding them from initial concept to successful market introduction.
- Coordinate efforts on disruptive technologies in close partnership with other GE sectors, ensuring their integration into long-term technology and product roadmaps.
- Act as the primary technical liaison or principal investigator on technology projects, focusing on areas such as power conversion, systems analysis, control, and energy storage integration.
- Uphold a culture of safety, quality, and value in all design and operational practices.
- Partner with Business Development, Marketing, and Advanced Technology teams to identify and nurture relationships with major defense contractors, shaping future opportunities in military applications.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, accompanied by a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Power Electronics sector.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

- A Ph.D. in relevant fields such as Electrical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering, with a proven track record in developing power conversion products.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multimillion-dollar technical programs effectively.
