Position Overview:
  • Oversee and guide the Mechanical Engineering team in multidisciplinary project development.
  • Build and sustain client relationships while actively engaging in marketing, design, and production discussions related to mechanical systems.
  • Take charge of the mechanical components of various projects.
  • Conduct code compliance evaluations with relevant regulatory authorities.
  • Collaborate during design meetings at project locations to ensure timely completion of documentation.
  • Manage project resources and finances to adhere to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Participate in project evaluations with senior leadership.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Architectural Engineering with a focus on Mechanical specialization.
  • Experience in Healthcare, Science and Technology, and/or Civic facilities.
Essential Qualifications:

Mandatory:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical system design for commercial or institutional structures.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
  • Exemplary leadership, team coordination, and project management capabilities.
  • Prior experience in an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting environment.
