Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of mentors, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our program.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the mentorship experience, improving outcomes and participant satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with program managers to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide coaching and training to mentors, enhancing their skills and knowledge to better support participants.
  • Serve as a liaison between mentors, participants, and program staff, resolving conflicts and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to improve program outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and other organizations to promote the mentorship program and enhance its impact.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, business, education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of combined education and experience as a mentor or in a related field.
  • Current state-issued driver's license and valid auto insurance.
  • Experience working with youth who have had engagement in the criminal and child welfare systems.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and support high-performing teams.
  • Strong technology skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and identify system issues and problems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and leverage internal and external resources to achieve program goals.
Working Conditions

This is a non-exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act. The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
