Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Del Sol Medical Center. As a critical care nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide professional nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practice.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication administration, and other critical care interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Associate Degree, Diploma in Nursing, or BSN
- Current ACLS certification (GN must obtain within six months from date of hire or transfer into unit)
- 1-2 years of critical care experience
- Reads and writes Basic English with the basic skills necessary to transfer physician's orders
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
