Client Service Representative

Thrive Pet Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team at Suburban Animal Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Schedule appointments and manage client payments and patient records with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Dispense pharmaceuticals as needed and coordinate with pharmacies to ensure timely prescription fulfillment.
  • Multitask and prioritize tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience; veterinary hospital experience a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as squatting, reaching, standing, and walking throughout the day.
