Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Process transactions, including counter transactions, payments, and customer account maintenance, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Document and update customer records, ensuring that all interactions are accurately recorded and up-to-date.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, using strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, escalating complex issues to management as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or inside sales preferred.
