Senior Compensation Manager

Uline is seeking a seasoned compensation professional to lead the design and implementation of comprehensive compensation strategies that support our business objectives and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the compensation administration team to ensure effective daily operations and annual cycle management.
  • Design and implement compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Communicate and train executives and managers on compensation methodologies and processes.
  • Conduct regular market analyses to maintain competitiveness and validate salary structures.
  • Collaborate with HR and key stakeholders to administer base pay, variable pay, and other compensation programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
  • 7 years of compensation management experience.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation software.
  • Strong analytical skills in market analyses and data modeling.
