Job Overview

Door Pro America is a leading provider of residential garage door solutions, seeking a skilled Garage Door Installer to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality garage door installations, repairs, and maintenance services to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain garage doors and related components, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with existing garage doors, including broken springs, malfunctioning openers, and damaged panels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions and concerns, and ensuring installations meet customer expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and product knowledge to deliver the best possible service.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Garage Door Installer or similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of garage door systems, including hardware, tracks, springs, and openers.
  • Ability to read and interpret installation manuals and blueprints.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.
