Orchard Village is seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Case Coordinator - Intermittent Services. This full-time position is essential in managing the daily functions of our Intermittent Residential Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Intermittent Residential Program.
- Supervise and guide a team of Community Advocates who engage directly with program participants.
- Manage the healthcare and medication administration for individuals in the program.
- Ensure that each participant's medical and health care needs are met, including keeping routine medical appointments current.
Billing and Compliance:
- Complete monthly billing processes to ensure that private pay service contracts are fulfilled.
- Conduct audits and monitor the living environments to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social services or a related field.
- QIDP certification from the State of Illinois.
- Minimum of two years of experience in the developmental disabilities sector, including at least one year of direct work with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
