Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing maintenance operations and ensuring high standards are met.

  • Participating in hands-on repairs and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Advanced HVAC expertise and certification.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • A good sense of humor.
  • Extensive knowledge of home maintenance, including plumbing, electrical systems, appliance repair, and painting.
  • Availability for on-call duties.
  • A high school diploma or GED.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience as a general contractor, journeyman, electrician, HVAC technician, or in another skilled trade.
  • Familiarity with property management and maintenance software, such as Yardi.
  • Maintenance certifications, such as EPA or CPO (we offer support for obtaining these certifications).
  • Experience in renovations or construction.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is between $35 and $44 per hour, in addition to quarterly bonuses.
